Dedeman Kartepe Kocaeli

We bought a 2-night New Year's tour from Gezinoloji with accommodation at Dedeman Kartepe Hotel. There was incredible disorganization between the hotel and the genre. They made us tired for more than 1 hour before giving us the rooms. These should have been determined in advance. Before going to Kartepe, we stopped by the hotel for 10 minutes, there was time to photocopy our IDs. On New Year's Eve, they put those who came on tour in a place like a wedding hall on the -3rd floor. It was like an Esenyurt wedding. We couldn't stand it and went to the room. They included non-tour guests in the DJ party in the courtyard. They realized it wasn't working and they took us to the courtyard 40 minutes before New Year's Eve. It was a bad evening in terms of organization. The hotel's rooms, bath, sauna etc. were clean, no problems. If I'm not mistaken, there was even a goose feather pillow and duvet. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. On New Year's Eve, we bought a glass of wine from the bar in the courtyard, it was literally vinegar. I asked the brand and the bartender said Şirince. I am someone who knows the good and the bad of wine, the cheap and the expensive. You are a 5 star hotel. There is a metro market right next to you. You could buy very nice wines for New Year's Eve. So, I'm going to ask whether you gave me bad wine because it was understood that alcohol was included, but the new raki you gave me was perfectly normal. I don't understand. It was cheap and logical to come to your hotel with a tour for New Year's Eve, but I would definitely not go as a person.

I was satisfied with the quality and use of the hotel where I stayed at New Year's Eve. Breakfast and meals were delicious. The only problem I had was that I first asked for one essential item for the room from the reception and hours later I asked for another item and neither of them arrived. Apart from that, the staff was friendly and trying to help.

We stayed at Dedeman Kartepe hotel for 2 nights as four friends. We were so impressed by the friendliness of the staff for 2 days. These are the things we miss seeing. They really left their mark. We officially wanted to find fault and could not find it. Endless thanks to Ms. Hülya, Ms. Nurcan, Ms. Deniz, Ms. Orhan, Ms. Hafize and all the staff whose names I cannot mention.
